Refund Policy for Vocarise

Vocarise offers refunds under specific conditions:

Eligibility: Refunds are available within the first 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. To request a refund, you must demonstrate that you used the app during this period.

Process: Submit refund requests via email at support@vocarise.com. Refunds will be issued for the initial payment amount only.

Non-Refundable Services: Any usage of premium features, such as personalized coaching or one-on-one sessions, is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
